Hawken Strength Internship
Seeking highly MOTIVATED individuals who have the DESIRE to learn in the field of Strength & Conditioning / Athlete Performance.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
Strength Coach Intern
- Sports performance coaches / Strength and conditioning
- Hands on experience training athletes (high school) and teams
- Building the training environment: programs, culture, long term development
- Learn how to program, training workflow, coaching ques for development
- Experience collaboration between multiple departments regarding athlete development: Strength, Athletic Training, Team Doctors, Athletic Dept., Coaches
- Discussing and Learning WHY we train athletes in specific ways
